SWIMMING
• Every new member will be assessed by the Swim Coach to be categorized for its level and group.
• Only an active member can join our free swim session.
• Members who can't swim can enroll in our Learn To Swim Program and we offer Stroke Development Program to level up your swimming skills provided by the Apex Swim Academy.
• We conduct our swimming session 4x a week in Brighton College - Al Ain.

CYCLING
• Beginners, Ladies, and Junior Athletes normally join the training together but the intensity and effort varies.
• 2 Cycling Sessions per week including Duathlon (Bike and Run)



RUNNING
GROUP AND SOCIAL RUN
• Land Drills or Interval Run Session
• Running Equipment/Tools.
• Strengthening & Condition Workout
• 40-90 minutes on your own pace run or coached session program.
• Twice a week session.

OCR/Crossfit
Also referred to as Mud Run and Adventure Racing, is the world’s fastest growing sport in which competitors complete a course, usually whilst running, to overcome a variety of obstacles designed to challenge endurance, dexterity, strength and speed and are as much about mental strength as they are a physical challenge.
